3. Fees and Payment

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information exchanged during the course of service. This obligation will remain in effect even after termination of the agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, designs, and deliverables created by Great Universe Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your business purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Great Universe Marketing will not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our services
Business disruptions or losses caused by external platforms or third-party services
Total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the issue.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. In the event of termination:

Any outstanding fees for completed work must be paid in full.
Access to any shared resources, files, or platforms will be revoked.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments

Great Universe Marketing reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be shared with existing clients in writing or via email.
